About the Foundation

The Foundation was established to support responsible international relations by connecting diplomatic, economic, academic, and institutional environments. DBF promotes dialogue as a foundation of trust, supports entrepreneurship and economic cooperation as drivers of sustainable development, and fosters long-term international partnerships.

DBF operates as a platform for cooperation between public and private actors — including governments, international institutions, businesses, universities, and experts. Its activities address economic diplomacy, international dialogue, policy and research, education, and leadership development.

Based in Poland and active internationally, the Foundation contributes to regional and global cooperation by creating frameworks that support stability, growth, and mutual understanding between societies. DBF approaches its work with a long-term, institutional perspective, guided by principles of good governance, ethics, and responsibility.
