DBF Global Forum
An international platform for diplomatic and economic dialogue.
DBF develops and supports programs and initiatives that advance dialogue, cooperation, and responsible development in diplomacy, international relations, and business.
DBF initiatives are designed as long-term platforms, bringing together public institutions, the private sector, academia, and experts. The Foundation focuses on creating frameworks that support international cooperation, economic development, education, and informed public–private dialogue.
Programs and initiatives developed by DBF reflect the Foundation’s statutory objectives and its commitment to knowledge, ethics, and institutional continuity.
PAKR is the flagship international initiative of the Diplomacy & Business Foundation. The first edition takes place on 19–20 October 2026 at the Łódź Special Economic Zone.
The Congress serves as a platform for dialogue and cooperation between Poland and African countries, bringing together representatives of governments, diplomatic missions, international institutions, businesses, and experts. It focuses on economic cooperation, development, entrepreneurship, and the role of diplomacy in shaping sustainable international partnerships.
Through structured discussions, expert panels, and institutional dialogue, PAKR aims to:
PAKR is developed as a recurring, long-term platform, evolving alongside the Foundation’s broader activities in diplomacy, policy, research, and education. Subsequent editions are planned every two years.
DBF may operate further initiatives under the following naming logic. All sub-brands remain visually aligned with the Foundation and use DBF as the primary signifier.
